Terms & Conditions for ojpk — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ojpk ("ojpk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ojpk.io. Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the ojpk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to:

• Your date of birth
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• Your residential address in Bangladesh

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ojpk will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ojpk support immediately at [email protected].

ojpk reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance or winnings held in the account at the time of closure.

ojpk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time; any such additions will be reflected on the platform's payment page.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on ojpk is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ojpk account balance in under 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. ojpk does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which ojpk is not responsible.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts before the daily processing cut-off time will be processed on the same calendar day. ojpk does not impose platform fees on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending documentation review.
• ojpk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may extend processing times by up to 48 hours in exceptional cases.
• All transactions on the ojpk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). International card transactions will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate applied by your card issuer.
• Funds deposited to ojpk must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without sufficient gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious and subject to review.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and valid once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference have not been accepted by the system and carry no financial liability for ojpk.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the platform at the time you initiate a bet request are indicative. Final accepted odds are those confirmed in the bet acceptance message. In the event that odds change between the time you select them and the time of acceptance, ojpk may accept the bet at the new odds or decline it entirely; you will be notified of the outcome in either case.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on the bet placement interface and may vary by market, event, and account status. ojpk reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and temporary unavailability during key moments of a match. ojpk is not liable for any failure to place a live bet during a period of market suspension.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to manifest error, match abandonment without a result, or a technical error in the betting engine. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake value.
• Manifest Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("manifest error"), ojpk reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, regardless of whether the event has been settled.

Specific rules for individual sports — including cricket's Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, over/under settlement rules for interrupted matches, and BPL or T20 World Cup-specific market rules — are published in the Sports Rules section of the ojpk platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All casino and slot games available on the ojpk platform are provided by third-party game software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and paytable, which are accessible within the game's information panel.

Any unauthorised use of ojpk intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ojpk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ojpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at ojpk.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on ojpk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data collected by ojpk is used for the following core purposes: account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the provision of English-language customer support. ojpk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
